Phillipsburg
officials at 9 p.m. evacuated 500 town residents who live
along the Delaware River. No injuries were reported,
officials said.

Warren Hospital was on critical care divert, and
officials opened Phillipsburg Middle
School and the Green Street
School as shelters. Officials were considering
opening Phillipsburg High
School as a third shelter if necessary.
